Il y a dix ans sortait le tube de Flavour « Nwa Baby », un remix de son titre « Ashawo », carton qui allait le faire découvrir sur tout le continent. Depuis lors, ont suivi plusieurs autres titres comme « Golibe », « Ada ada » ou bien « Baby na yoka » sur lesquels ont dansé des millions de personnes.Flavour a commencé la musique à 13 ans dans la chorale de l’église locale. Son premier album est publié en 2005 et s’intitule N’abania. Il sort 5 ans plus tard son deuxième album Uplifted qui contient le hit « Nwa Baby » et « Oyi remix » featuring Tiwa Savage, c’est alors le début du succès pour lui…

Moins connu sur le plan international que ses autres confrères, Flavour n’en n’est pas moins une valeur sûre de la scène musicale nigériane et africaine. Sa présence sur cette liste à la 7e place avec 1.06 milliard de vues est assez parlante et s’explique par sa longévité et sa régularité à sortir des albums et à faire des hits qui lui valent aujourd’hui de récolter plus d’1.06 milliards de vues pour toutes ses vidéos.Son récent single « Game changer » mis en ligne en janvier 2023, n’a pas encore fait un score révolutionnaire mais il totalise 3 millions de vues en un mois.
