A Lagos, la résidence du célèbre comédien nigérian AY Makun a pris feu. Un utilisateur populaire des médias sociaux @Postsubman a partagé une vidéo de la maison à deux étages du comédien en flammes. Les images montrent que sa maison a pris feu le dimanche 6 août 2023, le dernier étage de la propriété ayant subi le plus de dégâts.De nombreuses personnes s’inquiétaient du bien-être d’AY lorsque la vidéo a circulé sur les réseaux sociaux car il n’était pas clair s’il était à l’intérieur de la maison pendant l’incendie ou non. Sur les réseaux sociaux, les amis et admirateurs de la star ont exprimé leur inquiétude et prié pour sa sécurité.

L’acteur a ensuite mis en ligne une vidéo sur sa page Instagram dans laquelle il réfléchissait aux deux choses qui comptaient le plus dans la vie : sa famille et Dieu. Il a publié une vidéo accompagnée de deux images de sa femme et de sa plus jeune fille, notant la nature éphémère des choses et exprimant son enthousiasme à l’idée de les rejoindre bientôt aux États-Unis.
